  After using this accounting firm for many years , trusting their knowledge and qualifications would ensure I never got pinned and owed the tax department money , they have let me down, claiming to have told me risks of using a payslip to do my return - which is rubbish as if I was aware of the risk of owing money to the tax department there is NO way I would have used payslip and would have waited the extra few weeks to get my group certificate . Now I have a $2000+ tax debt ... I would strongly recommend avoiding a service that has put me in a worse of financial situation than I was already in
